Getting ready....again....

Today, I met with the real estate lady today. I have decided that there is not enough room in this house for all of us. It really hit me at about noon on Monday. I had worked the night shift and had been trying to sleep with the sound of two girls doing who knows what at 10am in the morning. By this time I had just hit REM sleep and was woken up. Then at noon, I woke up to use the restroom and low and behold it's occupied. AAAARG. Not only was it occupied but the individual using it was taking a shower. Now I have nothing against clean people, however the people who I just so happen to live with have a habit of taking showers that are entirely too long. I personally could take up to 5 showers for the amount of time these people spend in the shower. Im not sure what they are doing in there, but I beleive I could watch the entire 4 hour - directors cut of Dances with Wolfs in the same amount of time and still have time for tea. Anyway, by time I was able to get into the restroom I was going to die. This is when I came to the concllusion that this house is not big enough for the 5 of us. So I am listing my place for sale again in the attempts to find something larger.

It's Got to Go!!!

Well, as many of you know I recently spend a large amount of money on some exotic corals for my fish tank. Well One of the pieces hasn't been looking for the last few days. I have been wondering why it is looking so bad when the rest of the corals seem to be doing fine. Then this morning after being to work all night, I was woken up at 10am by the kids fighting over whose turn it was to play the GameCube. Since the lack of sleep seems to put me in a grumpy mood, I decided to sit in from of my fish tank and just have a moment of peace. Well, my moment of peace was interrupted when I saw my Foxface

swim over and start eating the one coral. The Foxface is supposedly a grazer and typically just eats algae. I thought at first that he might have just been nipping at the corals skeleton to get to at some algae or something. However, a few moments later he swam over and took a monster bite out of the middle of the coral. I couldn’t believe it. Once he took that big bite he took a few more. This is when I decided that he had to go. The $30 fish is not going to feed off my $$$ corals.
I spent the next 40 minutes, chancing the fish around the tank with a big fishnet and a stick to chase him around the tank until I could catch him. He was pretty scraped up by time I got him out of the tank. I then put him in my 12g nano tank. He is about 5” long, so we aren’t talking about a little guppy here, so there isn’t much room for him in that little tank. Now that he is out of my main tank, I need to find him a new home. Hopefully, with him being gone, my corals will try to make a comeback like Rocky did.

Got me a new Brain, I did...

Since I have so many people interested in my fish postings. I decided to post a picture of my new brain. This is part of the purchase that scratz was so pleased about.

I spent all day yesterday, rearranging my fish tank so I could make room for all the new corals I bought.
Here is a pic of the tank.

Here is a pic of yellow polyps and a flower pot.

Also one of my clown fish bit me and drew blood, that was great. Anyway, since I didn't do anything more than play with the fish tank, I dont have more to write about. So that is all for now.
