The Project.

Well, for the last week, I have been slowly working on switching out the engine for my car. The car is one that I bought a while ago and have been planing on switching out the engine for a while since it eats oil, like I eat cheese...So a few days ago, I started the project. I can only work on it every once and a while due to my busy life. I actually pulled the engine out last night at about 2:30am and today have been taking parts off the old engine that I have to use on the new engine. These include main wiring harness, misc sensors, transmission, and a ton of other little parts. I spend most of the day trying to disconnect the transmission from the old block. That really turned into a big job, then I realized that I forgot to unbolt the intermediate shaft, crap. Anyway, I achieve disconnect at about 4, then I began switch out other things. Unfortunately I am currently stuck, I was making Good progress until I realized the power steering bracket from the old engine doesn't fit the new engine. Now I have to locate a part before I can finish that section. I will still be able to do a few things here and there but since I came to that stopping point, I came in to play on the Internet to find some parts. Now that I am inside, I don't know if I want to go back out to the oily and cold garage.
